Sublimeurs: a community of restaurateurs, artisans and local merchants
Sublimeurs, a startup created by SKEMA Ventures entrepreneur Alaude Lefebvre (SK 2018) and her partner Valentin Roose, officially launched on February 4. It aims at fostering a community of eco-responsible restaurateurs who take pride in local producers from whom they source their raw material. It allows consumers to discover such restaurants as well as producers, local artisans and tradesmen, and book the products they like online. Sublimeurs’ success story was recently covered by La Gazette-Nord pas de Calais.
