Are you concerned about social and environmental challenges? Do you plan to join an existing project or create your own venture to find concrete solutions to these issues? The Social Cup, the ‘Coupe de France’ of young social entrepreneurs, can help you in this quest.
Created by KissKissBankBank, MakeSense and La Banque Postale in partnership with GRDF, the program is divided into three phases. The first phase is ‘discover and get inspired’, where the program’s team travels to 12 cities in France to discover social entrepreneurship. The second phase, which has been scheduled for December 1, will involve developing projects that can have high social and/or environmental impact. The third phase, which will take place in January, is the selection stage where 12 teams will compete to win lucrative prizes.
Eligibility
People between 18 and 30 years of age are eligible to apply. The courses of the program have been adapted to the following types of profiles:
- Curious people who wish to discover social entrepreneurship and put themselves in the shoes of an entrepreneur for a day.
- Aspiring entrepreneurs who wish to tackle a social or environmental program through an innovative entrepreneurial solution.
- Entrepreneurs in the project development phase.
Créathons — innovation and project-creation workshops — will be conducted in the second phase. These events are open to all, without any prerequisites. Though there is no participation fee, it is mandatory to register for the Créathons. Click here to register.
