On October 7, Prof. Philippe Chereau, director of SKEMA Ventures, will be delivering a talk on an entrepreneur’s guide to a successful business model experimentation at the Lille campus.

Summary: All entrepreneurs tend to wonder if the business model they’re using is the right one or not. Seldom does a business model initially designed for the launch of the project help the company generate profits and boost growth. However, an iterative process of experimentation can help the startup to move from a hypothetical business model with uncertain sustainability to a viable and profitable business model built on the basis of field experimentation. This is what the talk will discuss.

Time: 6.30pm to 8pm

The talk will also be live-streamed online. It is open to SKEMA students and alumni. For more information, please send an email at philippe.chereau@skema.edu.
