Starbucks introducing it’s first plant-based protein coffee earlier this month exemplifies this fact. If you have caught on this changing consumer trend and are developing innovative solutions, services, technology or product in the field of plant-based protein, here’s your chance of showcasing your work. Le Village by CA Nord de France, in partnership with Bridge2Food, is conducting the 2018 Best Plant-Based Protein Startups Awards at its 11th Protein Summit 2018. The event has been designed to recognize and promote innovation in the protein industry and celebrate the achievements of key players who drive excellence within this sector.

Companies that are based in Europe and are less than five years old are eligible to apply. Awards will be given in the following categories:

– Best New High Protein Food & Beverage
– Most Novel Protein Ingredient & Agtech
– Most Novel Protein Process Technology & IT
Participants will get the opportunity to boost their startup’s growth in local and international markets through Le Village by CA’s innovation ecosystem. This includes personalized coaching and support to help you get your project off the ground quickly, access to European markets, networking opportunities and a personalized 3-month acceleration program, among other things.
